WHAT IS A RETAIL MEANING?

“The sale of commodities or goods in small quantities to ultimate consumers”
"Retail is the process of selling consumer goods or services to customers through multiple channels of distribution to earn a profit."

What is it then? In my view, it does start with these definitions. But, to be successful the “MORE” that is needed in the retail meaning are THREE things:
