MENTOR TERMS OF SERVICE

Upon completion of the “Be a Mentor” form by potential Mentor, WEBSITE OWNER will discuss the charges and pricing to be set forth in this CR Website.  MENTOR will determine the charges to Client for the sessions, as set forth in Exhibit A to the Mentor Terms of Service.  WEBSITE OWNER will provide the password to access an Exhibit A to the Mentor Terms of Service.  Mentor can then complete the information on pricing and other required items to complete the agreement.
