Jack Kitchingham is an experienced manager at various sized operations.  Jack’s goal is to become a retail advisor and help create a better applicant pool of those wanting to learn how to become a retail manager.

As a retail supervisor, he has been responsible for up to 39 stores. As a District manager he has managed both urban and rural markets up to 200 associates. He has been responsible for up to $35M in sales and managed up to $8M in inventory management. He was able to reduce his store management turnover in the rural district from 91% to 10% in two years. In the urban district he was able to reduce his store management turnover from 127% to 47% in 18 months. 

As a store manager, Jack was selected as "Store Manager of the Region" out of 250 stores. He produced 10 years of consecutive shrink reduction and reducing his store shrink by 84%. The company utilized Jack on many District/Company projects. He assisted 23 other stores and has provided help to 5 other districts while a store manager. Jack is proud of generating a low turnover in his store and had one year when it was 0% turnover.

  • District Manager for 4 years, and 
  • Big box Co-Manager for 3 years.
