HOW IT WORKS

Our Process Is Easy and Direct

1. Decide You Want To Investigate a New Career - You feel there is a need for a change and want to understand more about one or more careers.
2. Search Our Listing Of Mentors - Our list is arranged alphabetically by career field or category to make your search easy.
3. Read Through the Biography and Work Experience of All the Mentors - Locate the Mentors for your desired career field and review each.
4. Evaluate Each Mentor - Carefully examine each mentors skills and experience to understand what you may be able to extract from her/him.
5. Select Your Mentor - Decide which Career Change Mentor with whom you desire to talk.
6. Fill in the Mentor Reservation Form - Place your information in the form including the selection of your Mentor and send it in.
7. Your Mentor Will Contact You By Email Within 72 Hours - Will arrange your mentoring session by phone, Zoom, Skype^TM , etc.
8. Make Payment - Send directly to your Mentor.
9. Attend Your Mentoring Session - Speak with your Mentor to gain insight into your desired career.
10. Provide Feedback to Career Redo - We would love to hear from  you on your mentoring experience (optional).
11. Succeed in Your Career Change - Continue doing all of the right things to prepare yourself for the greatest change of your life.

Reservation Rules and Requirements

A.  For Hourly Telephone, Zoom, Skype, VoIP or Video Sessions:

Career Redo requires you to make full payment of the hourly mentor session to your Mentor in order to secure a reservation.  Should you notify Career Redo, in writing prior to seven (7) days before the scheduled start of your hourly mentor session that you are canceling the mentoring program and do not reschedule, then the Mentor will not charge you a cancellation fee and will refund the full payment. 



Should you notify Career Redo, in writing, within seven (7) days before the scheduled start of your hourly mentor session that you are canceling and do not reschedule, then the Mentor will charge you a cancellation fee of $50 and will refund the balance.  Should your hourly mentor session be rescheduled at any time, due to the unavailability of the Mentor, then the cancellation fee will not be charged.



B.  For On-Site Mentoring Sessions:

Career Redo requires you to make full payment of the on-site mentor session to your Mentor in order to secure a reservation.  Should you notify Career Redo, in writing prior to fourteen (14) days before the scheduled start of your on-site mentor session that you are canceling the mentoring program and do not reschedule, then the Mentor will charge you a cancellation fee of $100 and will refund the full balance.  



Should you notify Career Redo, in writing, within fourteen (14) days before the scheduled start of your on-site mentor session that you are canceling and do not reschedule, then the Mentor will charge a cancellation fee of $300 and will refund the balance.  Should your on-site mentor session be rescheduled at any time, due to the unavailability of the Mentor, then the cancellation fee will not be charged.



Due to the possibility of cancellations or unforeseen events, Career Redo encourages each Client to acquire travel insurance to cover such circumstances.



C.  For both Hourly and On-Site Mentoring:

Career Redo is solely a referral source and not affiliated in any other way with Mentors, who operate independent businesses.  As such, Career Redo is not responsible for the content nor services preformed by Mentor for Client’s benefit.  Payment by the Client for mentoring sessions signifies Client’s release of Career Redo from liability for any advice, direction or other matters given or provided by the Mentor.



By Submitting a Mentor Reservation Form you hereby agree to the Client Terms of Service of Career Redo.  Talk with your Mentor to find out how to change careers.
