How to change careers when you’re lost.

This video comes to us from Felicia Ricci through TEDx Talks.

There is a lot of good advice in this video. If you are thinking about a change, she points out that “you need to ignore the odds.” In thinking about it, I feel that statement is true. Another item that really stood out for me was that you have to stop preparing to do something. You have to actually start doing it!

A resume for a career change is something quite different than a regular resume. In one aspect, there are several things that you should NOT do on that resume. There are also other items that SHOULD be on that resume. But they are not the same ones for a normal job change resume.
