Digital Transition Is Not A Choice, But An Inevitability

Adapt2digital has published an article stressing the importance of digital transformation by leadership. One of the main points addressed is:

“The majority of leaders believe digital transformation is a choice, a business decision to be agreed to or not.”

Questions to ask yourself:

  1. Is digital transformation going to be rolled out within a project when it is time?
  2. Are your metrics focused on delivering on time?
  3. Is your communication focused on the benefits of shiny new stuff?
  4. Is your leadership beyond being a passive authority?
